Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or playing Void Armada ("the Game" or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to play Void Armada. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. Keep your credentials secure.

You may not create multiple accounts to gain competitive advantage, share accounts, or use the account of another player without permission.

3. Virtual Items and Game State

Fleets, ships, factions, resources, and other in-game assets are virtual and have no real-world monetary value. We reserve the right to modify, rebalance, or remove virtual items as part of ongoing game development.

You do not own virtual items — you have a limited license to use them within the Service while your account is active. Virtual items are not transferable outside the game.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to play fair. Cheating, exploiting bugs, using unauthorized third-party tools, and coordinated griefing are prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

Void Armada, including all artwork, lore, ship designs, faction names, and software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to play the game. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED UPTIME, DATA PRESERVATION, OR THAT THE GAME WILL BE FREE OF BUGS OR EXPLOITS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, cheating, or conduct detrimental to the game community.

Account data will be retained for 30 days after termination before deletion, except where required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Texas.
